ROUTINES & DRESSAGE

Moon Protectors strives to make a routine for our third anniversary. we will have to train first to have a routine to end result, so stay tuned!

Our routine process

We have 2 different routine difficulties. A1/ A2 and Elite. We want to Introduce routines to our A1 / A2 group so that we can prepare them for our Elite group. We mainly train with our Elite group for competitions within the club. We hope to participate in international competitions aswell, but we want to keep our dressage competition in a smaller circle: within the club.

We create our routines by polls and suggestions about the duration, which moves and setting! Then our instructors will create a routine!

We are on our way to developing a good dressage niveau for our first routine. After alot of practice, we will release a new routine on our third anniversary! And many routines will follow!

Dressage

In Moon Protectors we teach Dressage. The discipline is structured into levels that reflect a rider’s skill and understanding of dressage movements, starting from beginner-friendly basics to highly advanced maneuvers. Each dressage level is guided by a designated instructor who tailors the teaching style and movement difficulty to the rider’s current ability, helping members grow steadily in confidence and control. Practices are usually held in organized arenas like the Riding Arena, Jorvik stables and Baroness’s paddock.

Instructors teach in a academic way. They teach from the bottom up. Instructor levels are teached by members that often assist with organization, supporting during lessons by demonstrating moves or helping new riders. And owns a high level of dressage skills themselves.

Read more about the details of the Instructor levels and dressage levels below.
